If you have previously owned a home gym, you probably have a good idea of what you are looking for. You know if you want a free weight system, a total gym or one of the band resistance machines. However, if this is your first gym it can get a little confusing on deciding which gym you should be looking into.
The first thing you should think about is budget. If you have a low budget, don’t waste your time looking at the high end systems. If you are looking to get the most gym for your money, start by researching used home gyms. Two of the Wellnessman best places to start this search are eBay or Craig’s List. Both of these places usually have a number of people selling high end home gyms for a fraction of the price you will pay for a new one. One important thing to keep in mind is shipping and handling cost. If you are not careful, you will spend a significant amount of money getting the gym due to the weight.
If you are looking for a new gym, consider looking at the cheap home gyms. Just because they have been labeled cheap doesn’t mean they are not sturdy. A common misconception is the cheap home gyms are not made of good material, but that is not the truth. The reason they are sold for a much cheaper price is they will either lack features of the high end machines or they are not a big name brand.
